CTS Software SaaS Launch

01 — Project details

As part of a major digital transformation at AIAG, I led the go-to-market efforts for CTS—a cloud-based system designed to streamline the exchange of critical design data between automotive suppliers and OEMs. This was AIAG’s first SaaS product launch, backed by industry endorsement and built to solve a long-standing communication gap in automotive manufacturing.

02 — Creative process

To ensure a successful launch, I collaborated closely with internal stakeholders, product developers, and end users to understand the system’s technical benefits and real-world value. I conducted competitive research, developed positioning strategies, and worked directly with manufacturer and supplier partners to align messaging across the value chain.

From there, I created a comprehensive marketing campaign that included a high-converting landing page, product video, go-to-market strategy, email sequences, paid media, and social content. I also produced supporting materials like blog posts, webinars, sell sheets for customer service and field sales teams, and digital ad placements across relevant industry platforms.

03 — Results

The CTS launch not only introduced a new revenue stream—it signaled a major shift for the organization. As AIAG’s first SaaS product, it validated the company’s ability to deliver scalable, digital solutions and opened the door to future innovation. The platform brought in steady recurring revenue, helping offset the seasonality of traditional offerings, and elevated the organization's credibility as a modern, forward-thinking industry leader.
