01 — Project details

As Marketing Director for AIAG, I led the transformation of a decade-old website into a modern digital hub built for today's users. With growing demands for mobile accessibility, content discoverability, SEO performance, and e-commerce functionality, the goal was clear: deliver a user-focused experience that performs as well as it represents the organization.

02 — Creative process

This project required strong cross-functional coordination, and I served as the strategic bridge between the internal AIAG team and our external web agency. I managed the design process, ensuring input from across departments was considered while keeping the focus on performance, usability, and brand integrity.

Key steps included conducting internal stakeholder interviews and external user focus groups, prioritizing insights that would guide content structure and navigation. I played a hands-on role in shaping design direction and writing core site content, while also advocating for modern SEO practices, improved search functionality, and mobile responsiveness.

03 — Results

The redesign delivered results that were measurable and meaningful: a 100%+ increase in site speed, 50% increase in ranked pages, 25% growth in overall traffic, and a 10% drop in bounce rate.
