The process began with a full audit of the existing site to identify gaps in user experience, messaging, and design. I conducted an SEO analysis to understand what homeowners in their market were searching for, and performed a competitive audit to see how similar firms were positioning themselves online. I also interviewed the Momentum team to learn more about their goals, client profile, and project highlights.
Design & Development
After aligning with the team on a creative direction, I developed several layout and content concepts. Once we narrowed in on a final approach, I designed the new website structure, wrote all new, SEO optimized copy, and incorporated Google Analytics to track performance. Project photography played a central role, showcasing the exceptional quality of their work throughout the site.
The new site didn’t just look good—it performed. Traffic went up. Inquiry form fills increased. And actual customers commented on how sleek and easy the site was to use. Just like a good remodel, the transformation was dramatic—but totally functional.
